Rivaldo Clarke played well and everyone is happy for him scoring his half-century. Stay tuned for the presentation...
Earlier in the game, the Warriors were simply sensational with their ball striking as Shai Hope scored an eye-pleasing century at a blistering pace as he got 106 and was well supported by his teammates around him. Barbados Royals bowling was waivered as they failed to group the ball around one spot on the pitch and leaked runs left, right, and center. Jason Holder and Obed McCoy took a couple each while Akeem Jordan took one. We finally have our top four and it is going to be an exciting next phase of the tournament.
The bowling of the Warriors was excellent as they kept things tight and broke the backbone of the Royals illuding them of any hiccups in defending this mammoth total. Imran Tahir was brilliant yet again as he scalped 3 wickets. Skipper was well supported by others around him as Gudakesh Motie took a couple and Dwaine Pretorius who took one as well.
The Royals inning started off with a stumble at the top as Rahkeem Cornwall  departed early on and the chase never got going as they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. No batter stood up and took the responsibility for the Royals as they failed miserably. It has been the case with them all throughout the season as they have leaked runs in abundance and more often than not failed to clean up the mess created by the bowlers. Rivaldo Clarke showed some grittiness as he managed to score 54 runs for the Royals.
It is all over with the Guyana Amazon Warriors ending the league stage on a high as they defeat Barbados Royals by a margin of 88 runs.
